Can anyone tell me about removing a sbr from the registry when done under the brace rule? Just fill out the form and destroy the brace?

I don't have many guns but want the ability for my wife to sell what couple she wants and not toss 1500 bucks in the trash.

I don't even know where the brace ruling lawsuit stands.

I'd like to goto my son in AZ if she doesn't need the cash. Then I got mainly a few handguns a shotgun and PSA AR.

Oh well I can sleep on it tonight I guess

Short personal story that may be helpful to someone down the road, no reply is needed.

When Cory's wife died in 2020 she left behind unpaid medical bills in six figures. Because her estate was not probated, there was concern those providers would attempt to collect when he sold the Katy house in '22. We contacted a lawyer to find out if that was the case and were advised that in Texas it's basically that when she died her medical bills died with her. As every situation is different, it's always best to seek legal counsel.
