"William G. McMahon, who had been the BATFE's deputy director of operations in the West, has been made the deputy assistant director of the Office of Professional Responsibility and Security Operations."

Seems to me, the longer the title, the more their real world abilities are lacking.

I wonder if the FBI agent, John Shipley, who was convicted of gun violations was targeted by the ATF as a scape goat for this also. The investigation was started when a gun (50 cal) was found at the site of a shoot out in Mexico where a Mexican Army Captain was killed. The ATF has lied throughout all these investigations. The agent had legally sold a gun to someone else and after that it ended up in Mexico. I am sure the ATF had something to do with this.
