Non-league steel shooting in SA?

Is there anyplace in SA that has steel targets that can be shot by someone who is not with a club/league. I'd love to be able to go out to a range and shoot some steel. Called Blackhawk but they only allow members of the club/league to go out there and shoot, and even so i don't know if the members can go out there any day of the week and shoot or if it's restricted to match times only?

You can shoot 100yrds steel over at Bexar Community in Marion.

Update:

So Bullet Hole has a private bay with 10 steel targets that is open to the public, $15.00/hr. I have to say it was nice to not be on the regular crowded pistol range, and worth the few extra dollars if your in the area. Now if there was only a range like that near my place.
