Slow smoked beef ribs, half got 4 hours of straight smoke and I made a reduction sauce with the other 4. Paired with some bacon wrapped kielbasa. Found out I don’t like kielbasa

Ribs were great and the sauce was awesome. Served with salad & mashed taters.

    bbbass,

I do like your plan and nope, never going to watch another nfl game - including the super commode...

    Bagels, lox and cheese...dee-lish-ous!

Brings out the Jew in me...wait, a reformed Jew...OK, a Catholic...no a Protestant...wait, alright an atheist, but I still like the Jewish food...

I like most food, esp ethnic food. But no Tuna Casserole with Peas... those Catholic Friday meals were usually horrendous!!!

Last night. A few Sazerac's, gnocchi, pork terrine and roast duck with dirty rice.

    innominate,

Are you from South LOUISIANA, perchance??

I went to grad school at TULANE in the late 1980s & was stationed with the USA in South LA for 4 years, too.

Still sweating and running nose from sopping up the hoppin’ John with the jalapeño cornbread.
I also slow cooked pork loin with bbq sauce. Not the main event.

I grew up in North La. Lived in Nola before I moved to Texas. We're currently in uptown Nola celebrating the new year with friends that still live here.
