Before I moved here my cousin invited me to come and see what Texas was all about. We were in Kentucky in Aug when he extended the invite to come visit him in Laporte. I was sweating my tail off in the Kentucky heat and humidity. He was walking around the family farm proclaiming what beautiful weather.
He told me to wait till mid October because
" friends don't invite friends to Texas in the months of August or September "

    That bastard

We moved here by June of the next year. I almost passed out unloading our moving van. I had no clue it would only get worse.

My wife has proclaimed many times " how do homeless people live here!" We are used to the hoards of homeless using the beach as their litter box. It's easy to be homeless in CA. The gov feeds you and the weather is agreeable to the lifestyle.

Glad you are not homeless anymore.

silicone cloth is your friend...I try to wipe my carry every week or two with one. Does a nice job also protecting the finish against holster wear.

Still 92° in CS at 2200. It was plenty warm in that plant today.

Yep... hot. A couple of nights ago, I was out in the garage at the loading bench... had enough.. As I went inside, I looked at my phone, 11 o'clock at night.... 97 degrees.
    Yee haw....
