    I was at a gun and knife show 2 weekends ago and ran into an old acquaintance who used to set up near me when I was doing the shows.
    He has began making hand made knifes and I bought one of his that caught my eye.
    Nothing special but I liked the profile
    The photos don't show it but the micarta handle is black with dark blue/gray shades and it has a red liner.
    1095 carbon that he had high polished and I brought it home and did a light forced patina with some Ketchup and lemon juice.

    I like handmade knifes from people I know and you can see them progress in the craft over the years
    The small imperfections are what make it unique.
