Even if it's not overloaded, Ford's tend to squat like that. I had to put airbags in my F350 to keep the headlights level when I decide to haul the gooseneck, or anything over 500 lbs in the bed.

At least with the ball in that receiver hitch, it will be easy to trace his journey back to the store that agreed to load him like that.
