Can anyone recommend a good lawyer or website to set up a gun trust? I'm in the Houston area and like everyone I'm trying to go cheap but don't want to get screwed by having it all messed up either.
I found a lawyer in Houston that charges $300, and that's fine if that seems reasonable, but https://www.texas-gun-trust.com has a price of $79. Does anyone have any experience with the website?
    Thanks

I've seen the $79 deals. It might be a per item "one shot" trust. IMO, its worth the $$$ ($300 is pretty standard) to have everything in one trust while also clearly determining who is a trustee and what happens to your NFA property upon your death. https://texasguntrust.com/

Look for a local gun shop with a Silencer Shop Kiosk. They'll probably charge a $25 fee to use the kiosk. In one spot you can get your fingerprints, trust & stamp.
