Need gun range in Galveston area to visit in the morning 18 July

I've got around 5 or 6 hours to kill tomorrow morning, and a brand new Ruger SR9 with which to kill said time. I need your help in finding a range in Galveston or close by that I can spend my time constructively. Have to drop wife at 8:am and can't check into hotel until at least 1m. I'd lay out on the beach but that results in Walrus jokes and then I cry. So shooting up some targets would be more fun. Thanks in advance for any replies

The City of Texas City Municipal Shooting Range is probably the closest open shooting range to you. 15 mins or so up the road, but a nice little range.
