Triple C is closing A, B & C at the end of the month. Is there anywhere close to Ft Worth that allows 338?

Heck, at 1000 yards you can set up pretty much anywhere. At that distance they'll never figure out where the shot originated.

1,000 was a cold bore shot. We trued our ammo at 1,400. Shot out to 1,800. I have a lot invested in this hobby to loose a place to use it.

Someone else owns the land between the benches and the targets. He’s been letting the range shoot over his property. The land owner has plans that no longer allow for shooting. The range tried to buy/lease the land, but the owner isn’t interested.

I’m very disappointed. I have a lot invested in ELR. Not as much as others, but enough lol

I haven’t been, but ETTS in Waxahachie supposedly goes out to about 1250 yards. It’s about 45-50 minutes south of Dallas depending on traffic, somewhere in between Waxahachie and Maypearl.

New Mexico BLM land may honestly be your only option. I have heard there is a place opening up in oklahoma but I can not recall the name, but it is run by LunkersTV, a youtube personality / former Army Sniper

If I can’t find a location that is over 1,000 yards I doubt there’s one over 1,000 meters.

Fossil only goes to 800 yards and they want $89 for you to qualify to shoot that far.
VX looks like they only do courses.

The 1,000 yard, sight in ranges and pistol bays are still going to be open. Triple C owns that land. They doubled the amount of lanes for 1,000 a couple months ago.
