Just blast it and let it rust. I love a patina finish. (gonna' rust anyway!) Looks nice! Let us know when you start the steaks, we'll all come over!

I'm in favor of gas grills as I get impatient for the grill to come up to temperature. That's OK as my next door neighbor is a grill/smoker artist! Boy, that guy can make some killer food!
