I fired uo my Kamodo this morning for a couple of slabs of baby backs. Seeing as it was smoking pretty good I figured I'd throw the bratwurst on to build some flavor. Never being content in not going big I took the onions peeled them & quarted them to give them some smoke too. I just went out ro check the brats & damn if openinf the back door to the screened in porch didn't smell like heaven from just the onions. Next I chill the brats down load the crock pot & work up the Brown Mustard, Smoked Onion beer marmalade.
