A Metro Nashville Police officer was injured while responding to a reported active shooter at a home in South Nashville. But police say it was a "setup" and when officers arrived the suspect opened fire on officers.

If you Google Salman Mohamed you will find zero MSM results; only local Nashville news and Twitter returns. Think it would be different if the cops had shot the guy in self defense instead of him killing himself?

That can be called a ruse but the more correct term would be ambush as an ambush involves an attack from a concealed position or by way of surprise. A ruse does not necessarily involve an attack. I find it amazing and quite disgusting that a police spokesman (or was it a woke-person) used the watered down word to define what took place.
