Both are nice guns! I have a Mossberg 352K with a fold down front stock that was built in the late 50's early 60's that is the fore-runner to the 702, which also has a model with the fold down front stock...
I bought a 702 a few months back from the local guys....here's the picture from Mossberg. I added a 3x7 Tasco rimfire scope and have a nice little can killer for under $150.00 bucks
My buddy's son owns a 702 and I've fired it at San Antonio's Blackhawk range. I love that little gun. I was thinking that it would be a perfect starter gun to pick up and drag my lady-friend off to the range with me and you can't beat it at $150. So cheap.
