Wisconsin residents were just recently granted a process to apply for concealed licenses. Now Illinois is the only state without a concealed carry program.

I agree with you in theory, but the reality is, a unified CHL is a slippery slope that opens the door to more federal regulation, more usurpations. Kinda like the "real ID" act that passed. I wonder when thats going to take effect?
