As of Today, Montana has HB60 sitting on the governors desk. If passed it would eliminate several gun free zones, initiate tougher preemption laws, and allow for full constitutional permitless carry.

If signed, (or no action from governor in 10 days) this bill will pass, and take effect on June 1, 2021.

Good for Montana,hope it passes hear in Texas, to many damm rules and laws as it is.
