Is that a milled slide or a MOS?

In other words, does that Holosun mount direct to a MOS gun without a plate?

I don't know if Glock makes a plate for that specific sight - the 407K and 507K sights are considered "micro compact" and were intended for smaller guns like the Glock 43/43X/48 and Sig P365. They do fit perfectly in a standard double stack Glock slide, or an M&P - its just a smaller sight and thus smaller window.

    I put a 507K on my M&P 9

On the Glock pistols you are supposed to be able to use your standard height irons to co-witness. The irons on my M&P are either just a hair too short, OR they could've maybe milled the sight cut a bit deeper - my irons barely rise over the bottom of the sight window so I will eventually be replacing them with suppressor height sights.
