I could only watch halfway thru. Seems a small tractor with a bucket would work much faster. I could be wrong though.

That video doesn't convince me that it's more able to clear that pile efficiently than if I was to use my snow shovel.

It appears to me that the device needs more weight to be effective, it rides onto the small pile of trash and does not seem to dig into and push it very much. Maybe just my limited understanding.

That is true. That RS1000 only weighs about 700 lbs. without the blade, or bucket, or any other attachments. They do offer weight boxes for the front and rear so you can add more weight.

Also have to remember, it only has about an 18 hp engine as well.

My main focus is can it do the type of work I need to do, at a more economical price point than other options out there. I understand there are some better options, like even renting a larger dozer to do the work. But with renting, it limits me to how much and when I could use a dozer to work around the house.

    I
I have seen these small, or mini-bulldozers for sale for many years in various magazines. Know very little about them though. Went to the Struck website, and they have one that can be built with common hand tools at home in your garage. This one is the one I'm looking at and considering on buying.

I'd like to order it with the engine delete, so I can source the engine and parts from a used riding mower so I can build it with a little larger engine and have electric start instead of pull start.

Does anyone have any experience with this brand or others? I'm not looking to knock over huge oak trees and such, but mainly to move small piles of dirt, grade the driveway, clear some smaller underbrush and other lighter jobs. Exploring some options right now and looking for advice , suggestions or any other input.
I would not buy one. If you look at the video all the soil being moved around is pretty much sandy soil and dry. Texas soil will laugh at it.

Mostly, I want to be able to grade the driveway, and clear small underbrush and make brush piles so they can be burned.
It’s worth it to save up for an actual tractor. You will get more weight, can get nice grader boxes, and a bucket can do a lot of work.
