I don't typically like naming the shitheads that commit these crimes, but someone was able to snap screen captures of the kid's Instagram account before it was taken down. Also, a text-thread was released alleging the kid to be the shooter by people familiar with him.

Another case of bullying gone bad mixed with parents leaving the gun accessible to the kid, if not outright giving it to the kid (I've read conflicting stories on that - some said his dad bought the gun for him, others say he stole it from his dad - either way, dad failed to secure the gun from his 15 year old which could bite him in the ass civilly and criminally)
