Just a 3 inch round wooden plug.

He has an amazing range at his home. I used to spend a lot of time there. We didn't just stand and shoot, we did all kinds of drills. He has a car door set up so you can simulate shooting from a car. However, we did shoot from a moving vehicle a few times.

Here's a couple of pictures from yesterday so you can see part of his range set up. Those tires make a great backstop.
