Hi all, i need some support on some mausers. Identifying them by model first and foremost and then understanding more of the background or specifics. I will start with rifles 1-7 and describe what I know, please correct me or let me know what you think.
1. Yugo m48 8mm Mauser
2. 7mm Mauser (no idea on details)
3. Mauser 98 8mm
4. Jap Arisaka - Tear drop (older stronger receive) - 6.5 Jap
5. Custom wood 8mm Mauser - 1943 sporterized
6. German Bring Back Mauser .22 trainer (The G.I. that brought this back installed a rail for the scope)
7. Romanian Training rifle in .22
If anyone Local to Austin is a Mauser specialist, I would pay you for your time to come take a look and document/research what I have.
