    So I’m watching this old flick and a German spy passes this pistol to his minion. I go wait I’ve never seen that type of handgun. I look through my library it reads: Star Model 1. Then I find WIKI and it says Model 1914 type 2E. Any options?

    This is what a Model 1914 Model 1 looks like supposedly

    You have to be careful because there are pistols from Star called the Model 2 and supposedly a Model 1, but this is specifically Model 1914 Model 1. The other 2 are pre 1910


    It looks a LOT more like a Model 1920

    That’s it. Perfect. I thought for sure Hollywood would not use a period correct firearm. So I’m pleasantly surprised.
