That might apply to some folks. I wonder how much damage ones long term job does to ones body? I ate more for calories to stay warm, because work was to cheap to supply cooler coats. Wearing extra clothes sucked whenever I was not in the cutting room cooler or freezer. Besides never trust a skinny meat cutter, pastry chef, or regular chef.

I just wanted to share this

This is one of my nutrition clients. He started with me 4.5 months ago and has dropped 35 lbs and changed his body tremendously.

Diet is 70% of the equation

    When you're overweight, yes.

When you're morbidly obese several times over, it's more like 90%+.

It's good to see you doing good in the world. Keep it up.
Thank you Ben. I appreciate that sir. On average about 60% of the people who hire me have actually been committed to the plan and have been successful.

100% of them who stick with me for 3 months or longer have been successful

I find out in the 1st few weeks which ones that aren't ready to change and don't continue to coach them.
I tell them that when they are ready to give me a call

At this point I want to give my time to those who ready to make the changes.

I donated one of my heavy Rogue sandbags to my gym this week.
I never used it much in my own gym because it was stored in a corner and hard to get out and put up

Me and 2 homies got to throw it around today.
It's about 165 lbs and feels like dead weight off the floor
