Appreciate the feedback. Like you mentioned I had only seen US Optics Scopes at the very top tier level until now. The LPVO price point they come in at seems like a great deal. I'll dig in a little more to what their LPVO's have to offer and maybe find a sale to pick one up.since 1991, U.S. Optics (aka USO) has always been a top-tier US scope maker, but also very expensive (running $2000-4200), so they decided to offer a less-expensive series (TS) made over seas, designed for the average buyer. i've read that after each scope is imported they put it through rigorous testing which is documented with every scope. an impressive chart did come with mine.
the TS offers a high-quality optically-superior scope backed by a well-know american superior scope company.
having tried a few other upper-end LPVO (some running over $3K) over the last 20 years, i can say that this one rates way up there with some of the best edge to edge optical sharpness, brightness and clarity i've seen.
why aren't i keeping it? because i truly suck at remembering to change the zoom setting. ie: i leave it on 6x when i'm working close-in, and the reverse. every few years i think i can overcome my issue so buy yet another LPVO, only discover i'm kidding myself. i hope i can finally learn this time to stick to fixed powered optics, the 4x acog in particular.
anyway, the TS-6X is a very competitive low-cost LPVO, so give em a look.

ps - i have nothing to do with USO, i'm just a user/buyer.
