You are most likely going to have to do two things.
    1. Re-locate
    2. Start at a low paying, entry level position.

Job Fairs pretty regularly in San Antonio for Eagle Ford jobs.

This is a pretty good idea, for you, at least. I attended one. I was told basically to GTFO by the recruiters they had there though. They didn't deal with hiring college graduate-level positions or something like that and to just check online. I won't attend one anymore, but YMMV.

Are you still looking? I work for FMC Technologies (currently in Nigeria), and started out on the bottom with Noble Drilling. Not a bad industry to be in right now. Let me know if I can help ya.

You can get an oilfield job in Midland/Odessa in a heartbeat if you live over this way. Look on Craigslist or just go talk to someone.

I've been on a 28/28 rotation to Nigeria for the better part of the last seven years now.

Wow....that just kinda hit me....SEVEN years. Sheesh....my 'job' is turning into a 'career'. Damn.
