Big Guy's Shooting Supplies in Pearland sells bulk ammo to the 4H, FFA and other shooting teams. He's the retail arm of J&G, but sells Rio's and Clevers in bulk. My shooting buddy has two kids in 4H, and FFA and he sold them a pallet of Rio's for $83/case delivered.
