    Not sure why anyone would bother with this show, unless they were bored and got in for free.

    Otherwise, it's not worth the time or money...

    That place east of Waco....
    Big-city gun shows are a good place to see and handle guns you don't normally see at your LGS, but I wouldn't buy from a vendor there.

    Small-town gun shows can have some really special items, and the vendors are more willing to deal.

    Guess which one I prefer?.....

    When the Premier Show was in San Antonio, it was a great venue for gun shopping. It wasn't uncommon for several dealers to carry the same gun, so it was possible to "bargain" hunt between them. That simply isn't possible in these smaller shows, there just aren't enough dealers or merchandise to do comparison shopping. As such, most vendors also won't deal knowing that...

    Since SAXET folded there simply isn't a gun show within reasonable distance worth attending outside of the New Braunfels show...
