Next time I go I will get a picture. The sign did have a gun in a circle with cross and said guns not allowed.

Those are the ones that keep armed robbers away.

They walk up to the door, see the sign, and walk away.

More likely some sign retailer somewhere online is selling signs without first understanding Texas law and sign requirements, and the liquor store owner is equally ignorant.

I actually thought (for a quick minute) about selling "official looking" but non-compliant signs awhile back...you know, close, but no cigar...
