That looks like the same sign I see at every bar&grill and liquor store. If you are licensed you are good to go

I delt with TABC for 22 years. Like I told the beer wenches y'all phuc up I'll throw you under that bus in a heartbeat.

While the state repealed the sign, TABC is still dragging its feet, they claimed for a while that it is their decision when to take those signs down. But I believe they finally agreed after some external pressure. (don't have a link, though)

Exactly! I see ANY type of sign attempting to limit my, or your, right to lawful self defense, they don’t get a cent from me. I can get anything I need to live from sign-free businesses and vendors.
