I just purchased a 6.5 PRC and have a leupold with varmint reticle for it already. How do I go about figuring out what yardages the hash marks will be

Zero it at 100 yards. Stay on the same target but use the first hash mark and shoot a group. Second mark do the same and so on.

Your groups will be moving up the paper.

Measure from the first group (100 yard zero) to the second group and measure each other group from the 100 yard zero also.

Using a ballistic calculator find where the group measurement from zero matches the scope adjustment in moa. That corresponding distance should be where each hash mark is going to hit at.

Hopefully that is understandable and you'll still need to test it at distance.
