A couple friends are coming to town for a concert next month. The venue just sent out an email saying they now require a vaxx card or negative test for entrance. So they're saying I have to divulge part of my medical record to enter. Y'all think I have a legal chance in hell to fight this shit? I want to call an attorney but I just have a feeling they'll tell me I'm pounding sand.

    BTW. Happy tequila Thursday

At the very least I'd demand a full refund because those weren't the conditions disclosed when you put a deposit on your tickets (assuming that's what you did)

I just found out about SB968. Apparently a couple restaurants were denying service unless you showed a vaccine card. Tabc told them they would pull their license if they continued.
