It's only kind of good news for the NRA - the NY Supreme Court is not the highest court in NY State. The highest court is the NY Court of Appeals so it is possible that the NY Court of Appeals could squash the NY Supreme Court's ruling.

Far from over. This vindictive bitch was dressed down properly by the Judge. There is no criminal liability for the NRA.
HOWEVER, there is preponderance of evidence to support criminal charges against LPR and his band of thieves. Under NY law they are subject to seizure of all mis appropriated funds. I do like the idea that they may have to make RESTITUTION! (I hope the money goes back the members) The bitch will make political hay of 'winning' but just maybe the NRA might have a case against her for malicious prosecution.

This shit storm is far from over! But as soon as LPR and his band of thieves are gone, I will renew my NRA membership.

They were able to keep it a secret because they had complete control. Untill they had to cut Ackerman McQueen loose.

I would think that appropriating funds from an organization for personal use would be criminal. WLP justified those appropriations as being of benefit of the NRA as his "professional" appearance for the organization.

TGT isn't a court of law. People are simply voicing disapproval at how the money has been spent.
