Jourdanton, TEXAS -
A gymnastics coach in Jourdanton is recovering after he was shot in the face in a bizarre accident at a nearby gun shop.
The victim, identified by residents as Joe Gonzalez, was coaching kids at the Revolution Gymnastics when an employee at The Bullet Hole next door was clearing a 9mm Glock around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday.
The employee told police the gun fired sending the bullet through the wall, bouncing off a cinder block before Gonzalez was struck.
