ISSC M22 problems/ ammo suggestions

i picked up a ISSC M22 off of a buddy and after taking it out and putting some rounds through it i am having a few problems. if i rapid fire the gun it cycles all 10 rounds with no problem. but if i actually take aim and fire one round at a time it is having problems ejecting and then every few rounds it wont feed. Ive read on other sites that they are ammo sensitive i have tried Blazer and Winchester ammo and both have the same problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or know anything about these pistols that could help solve my problem?

Try using Aquila super maximum ammo 1750 fps is the fastest .22 ammo I know of and should cycle through no problem get ammo at cabelas brick of 500 30 grain hollow points is around 38.00 bucks pricey but worth it solid points about the same....
