    Need another law try the US constitution it's in the amendments section. Of course laws are just like money. Worthless numbers and letters on worthless pieces of paper. Only value is the the value we assign to them.

    Article XVIII, Section 16 of Colorado Constitution

    That is Colorado state statutes in reference to marijuana. State statutes regarding marijuana, whether for medical or recreational purposes does not supersede federal drug laws regarding marijuana. It also can't supersede federal laws regarding firearms either.


    Just because the feds haven't pursued to arrest, or prosecute people on federal drug charges, doesn't mean they can't, or won't at some point in the future.
