    Checked my bank accounts just to make sure it actually didn't happen.
    It had evidently been sent to multiple people, because my name didn't show in the "sent" area.

    My wife got something similar, scared the hell out of her. Until I pointed out they had no easy way of accessing her account without her permission and supplying the data.

    NEVER click on a hyperlink in your email unless you personally know the sender - like a brother who tells you over the phone that he's sending you a link. Those rat bastards that scam people via email get more sophisticated every day. Even so, they often miss details like tax rates or the titles of officials.
