1953 Factory Nickel Plated Colt Official Police .22 LR DA Revolver (6-shot)

I’ve owned this for about 1 year and have no details about its history

Reason for selling: just went through my collection with my adult children and no one expressed interest :(

I am listing this as factory nickel plated… and have no reason to indicate otherwise… but you will be responsible for looking at detailed pics to make your own detemination if it ever has been refurbished

Both the DA and SA trigger is marvelous on this gun... I’ve shot it about 4 times in the last year

this will go later on GunBroker… and I’ll remove this posting when I receive a bid on GB

PM me to discuss, or make an offer… and we can also chat by phone

payment by USPS money order please

The barrel has the one line address on the right side, the "OFFICIAL POLICE/ 22 LONG RIFLE CTG." marking on the left, and the uncircled Rampant Colt on the sideplate.
