    Is this a good price?

It's match grade ammo. .308win match grade was running $1.50 - $2 a round before the outbreak. So this doesn't seem so bad?

    I don't have a precision .223/5.56 so I donno

Was at Academy and saw 556 green tip for $11 per box. I know it’s still overpriced, but not as jacked up as it used to be.

I’ve never used IMI ammo personally, but I know it’s on par with Black Hills 77gr. Dealer cost on the Black Hills was close to $1 per round 4 years ago.

This isn’t that bad of a price.

I don’t have the screenshot anymore, but cheaperthan… well, you all know that piece of crap site I’m talking about… they were selling a case of of Winchester 5.56 for over $1200 just after the China Syndrome hit In late March 2020. I’ve sworn off that site ever since.

I have 4k loaded right now with 2k more waiting to be filled and bullets set. Then enough supplies to reload all 6k rounds again. I am not going to be paying any $1.35 a round for it. Now .454 Casull I just bought is another story. Got it late and ammo is skyrocket high for it. $2 to $3 a round! Good thing it came with some ammo!

I'd started shooting much more 22 and 9mm, instead of 45acp, 10mm and 45-70 due to prices and availability. Before the china flu hit us I tried to finish a trip to the range with as much or more ammunition I began the day with.
