Read a little further into the bill, and the video the OP linked, is correct in sense, yes, that is the intent of the bill, IF passed. Read the link I provided. About a 1% chance of passing!

The plan is not to take it (well not now anyway). The plan is to tax it, and by doing so put you on a registry that they can later use to take it. All this crap happening in a span of months is dizzying. They must get their goals fulfilled in the next 15 months because they know they will not be in this position of control again for a long time. They are going to ram through as much crap as they can, citizens be damned. Yes, we are being attacked on all fronts. You can’t look at all the stuff going on and blame it on incompetence. This chit has to be on purpose. There in no way in heck it’s not intentional. These are a bunch of power hungry, America hating socialists perverts that will do anything to line their pocket books at great expense to the American people, while destroying our beautiful country in the process. This really is a sad time for us.
Dammit, I forgot to register them before they went overboard.

Yep, that’s exactly why I don’t have a boat. I see that happens a lot. Those darn rifles are very hard to keep. Lost one in a move, either left at the old place, bounced out of the truck, stolen or something. All I know is I had it 1 year before I moved and 5 years afterwards I could not find it anywhere. Crushed the receiver / bent the barrel on another when a refrigerator fell on it. One I’m pretty sure was in the trunk of an old Firebird when I took the rusted up shell to the scrap yard. It only dawned on me it was still in the car when the magnetic boom dropped it on top of a pile of old rebar and by that time it was too late. Got so fed up and pissed that I sold the last one I had. I think it’s going to be muskets for me from here on out....
