That the day would come being old & gimpy sitting out on the back porch keeping an eye on the smoker and not a damned thing more could be so enjoyable.
Only thing better is going to be smoked turkey. I put the backbones, neck & giblets on thinking of making gravy for some smashed potatoes.
I fired up the charcoal and roasted corn for elotes, then prime filets. Sat back on the patio and sipped my wine.
