I have these Israeli plastic training 5.56 rounds. Are they a good thing to train looters with?
Sounds like you need a guinea pig
I'm not training any looters breaking into my house....
Interesting... wonder if they’re anywhere close to being equivalent to the “rubber bullets” I hear about on the news?
The IDF has lots of experience dealing with thugs and miscreants. They shoot (.22) them below the waist - basically it looks like sniper target practice with live targets. (Video: 3-1/4 min):
I have never even function tested these in semi or full. The guy I got them fron had no clue either.
I figured that the "rubber bullets" everyone is talking about are actually pepper balls out of a paintball gun.
I doubt it! I still have 12 guage rubber buckshot rounds, sold my 40 mm rubber buckshot!
L.A. SHERIFF'S DEPT.ROLL UP ON KIDS, DRIVE-BY STYLE ...Firing Rubber Bullets!!
Lol but no. If I get to the point where I need to shoot a gun at someone, I'm shooting lead. Any situation that calls for less than lead needs a solution that does not involve firearms.
That sounds like a dumb excuse for a journalist. Those are definitely not rubber bullets. They're pepper balls. Kids shoot similar things at each other every weekend on paintball fields.
