We voted today. Ms. Beaver and myself took our son for his first vote.
Process was smooth and easy. Mid afternoon so the lines were not long as long as earlier in the am and at noon.
I did ask for a paper ballot, again, which I did not get but I tried.
Even held my nose and voted Cornyn.
So, no excuses. Everyone needs to vote and vote in person if at all possible.
    VOTE.
    ( and vote properly, please)

Yup, I voted today as well. Surprisingly, there were a lot of folk at that polling place for first day of early voting. Noticed a lot of younger folk there, not sure if this good or bad.

Typically not good for republicans if lots of younger folks are out. They're easily swayed into the false promises of socialism.

Voted today! In/out in less that 15-20 mins. Went to vote yesterday but the line was kinna long and I'd left my phone at the shop. Wasn't gonna stand in line for hour(s) w/o phone to diddle with. Trump and the Republicans had one more vote after I left the polling place.

We (my lady and I) voted yesterday. According to the election folks, two percent of our county voted at one of the three early voting stations. We did see some younger voters, even talked to a couple voting for the first time, but are not worried about it. One truck had an oilpatch sticker and the other had a "Republican is the new Punk!" sticker by Sabot.

Todays' fun fact: Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols - a naturalized U.S. citizen - supports, and is voting for, Trump. I do not know which is funnier though - a punk rocker supporting President Trump or a punk rocker legally immigrated to the U.S.

I voted yesterday as well. Stopped in after running some errands about 12:30. 6 people in front of me but thirty waiting in line when I got finished.

Guessing 7 empty machines when I went in but the processing because of the Covid shit was holding everything up.

We need a Covid or don't give a shit option. No mask, no glove, just let me push some buttons and be on my way.

Read about congestion at some polling places. So I voted at all five in the area to do a comparison. Average wait was five minutes.

Funny, all the virus concern. Distancing. Use a pencil (eraser end) to make your selections. But they want you to use the same pen as everyone else to sign the roster sheet.

Just got done voting myself took less than 15 minutes. There wasn't a line. A woman did tell a man he couldn't vote wearing a shirt supporting a candidate. Looked to be a hispanic man in his mid twenties to mid thirties. I didn't catch what shirt he was wearing, but if I had to guess they didn't sell a lot of Biden/Harris t-shirts lol

At my polling place signatures were done on a touch screen input device. They offer hand sanitizer and finger condoms for the squeamish types that has bought into the horror of living offer by the dimms.

After trying on Tuesday when there had to be 100 folks on the line outside the polling place (and more inside) I tried voting again yesterday, at least 40 people were on the line just outside with more inside.

Went and tried again today. There were only about 6 people ahead of me outside, maybe 26 in all including those inside. So I waited and voted today. The lady at the voting room exit told me not to forget to take a sticker.

I am in Marble Falls. Went by about 11am on Tuesday, line was way too long, went this morning about 7:45, 30 people in line. Was in line 20 minutes or so, not too bad considering. My wife is actually working the local polling places this week and has to sanitize the voting machine as soon as a voter is finished. They handed out a stylus to sign the computer screen at check in and then sanitized after.

Wife and I voted in Bastrop this morning around 10:45. Zero wait time, and in fact there were volunteers with nothing to do -- they could have handled many more people. It might have taken 60 seconds to actually vote, but I think it was probably closer to 20 seconds, with another 30 or 40 seconds of me going, "That was way too easy...I must have missed something...no, everything looks perfect..."

    Sporty.

Sec. 61.014. USE OF CERTAIN DEVICES. (a) A person may not use a wireless communication device within 100 feet of a voting station.
    (b) A person may not use any mechanical or electronic means of recording images or sound within 100 feet of a voting station.

Voted today. Took my wife's aunt who is 93. They sat her in a chair right in the parking lot and brought the ballot to her. I had to go around to the back entrance and wait in line. took about 10 minutes. Sign the electronics with a stylus that is then sanitized. Wear your mask young man! The after voting feds, state and county I had to stand in line to vote for the new mayor of the big town. Odd part is they fall worry about sanitizing pns, voting booths etc. But I had them mty LTC and they handle it and no sanitizing, no gloves. So what is the purpose of all the other fool farah. Just plain foolishness.
