    Nah, I disagree. It definitely is over-smoked. Look at all the damage you have done. This is not salvageable. You need to throw it out.
    But since you made it into haz-mat, this needs to be disposed of properly and lawfully. I am offering to do it for you, friend. Just mail it to me and I'll waive all the disposal fees.
    Have you oversmoked anything else? Jerky? Ribs? Turkey legs? I'll help you with all of it. Got a big freezer. Errrr ... disposal bin.

    Meat, the perfect food.

    Crickets and Meal Worms are for the wef dinners, not us normals.

    I really figured it was over smoked per the 178 degree temperature when I pulled it. Either way I had plan B & C for that matter. Glazing them in the sweet red Chinese rib sauce in bit sized bits then air fried reheated is the first.

    This has been out of the smoker for about an hour, going to the fridge to cool, then I’ll wrap it in plastic wrap overnight, then have some for dinner tomorrow night.

    First slices, and a couple of pieces I cut too thin so I had to cook them.
