Awsome !! I have some K5 blazers. Parts are cheap, their tuff, and I aint scared of messing something up.
Nothing like havin a Man sized POS that you dont have to worry about getting dirty, scratched up, or running shit over..
Does that 6.2 have a turbo kit on it? I have a banks kit around here somewhere... Or use to.

Nope, it's still N/A. Not very quick, but it does have the 4 speed automatic instead of the 3 speed. It needs some routine stuff done but it runs really well and there's almost no rust, especially on the underside.

I have a 90 suburban I bought just to get the front end part off it. One of my blazers got ran off in a 6' hold and suffered some damage.
I actually thought about converting it to a 4x4 but havent done anything to it yet/.

That thing is crying for a 4BT/TH475 from a Frito-Lay truck, M1008 axles (D60 front & 14-bolt rear), and 4-6" of lift.

Is that the 6.2 olds converted diesel? Nice Suburban, I love the older ones, and the k5's those are solid built vehicles.

Keep a serpentine belt and a water pump handy. The 6.2's are notorious for killing them. Otherwise, great ride.

That diesel engine is not a converted gas engine, and it's one of the more economical diesels(if everything's working right) that has been produced.
