    Dear Sirs/Madams/Surgically Modified Others,

I am in search of someone who can blue a gun for me, and also reassemble it. I thought I could tackle the job, but I don't have the equipment nor space to do it myself. Can anyone recommend someone who performs this work?

    Thanks in advance,

    ERIK

    Gun bluing

I have used The Armory (972-285-1288) in mesquite. They did a great job for me on a pre-64 model 70, made it look like new.

we do slow rust blueing where i work here in houston. Just so you know most of the cost of the job is in the metal prep (polishing to a desired sheen usually described by the grit of the sanding, 320 would be the cheapest then 400 and then "matchless") the blueing process itself is inexpensive. the polishing process depending on the type of firearm can be expensive.
