    Marlin 30-30, decent glass, 160gr Leverevolution ammo.

    have taken deer and hogs at over 200 yards.


    I have a bunch of these rounds left over from years ago. I have a glenfield model 30-A.
    My iron sights are messed up, missing the rear sight elevation. The front sight I don’t like, it’s way too large.

    Yeah, I don’t like the original sight system anyways. It’s already threaded on the receiver. I should just put a low rail and a holo-sun red dot. Or a small fixed power scope, like a 2x or 3x. With those Hornsby leveroution rounds it can really reach out there now.
