Hey there ya’ll! I’m brand new here and am looking forward to getting to know folks. I’m learning about lever guns, and have always wanted the American classic 30-30. If y’all have any advice I’d appreciate it! Thanks again!

Beautiful rifle. I think there’s one for sale near me, one exactly like that. How do they run in your opinion?

I've had if for a few years. Got it from one of our members. Never had any issues with it and I hit what I shoot at. I've taken it several of our meet and greet and several members have shot it also. But of course, [almost] nothing is perfect. Two things for me is that it only holds 5 rounds and the 170 gr ammo heats up the barrel fairly quick. I shoot mainly the 150 gr.

A lot of our members have a 30-30 and I would highly recommend you getting you one.
