We have a hepa air filter dealio...it’s got a fan, so white noise similar to a box fan.

I think I need to check the filter...the light has been blinking for about a year

Lay down, get in comfortable position within seconds, unlike certain other people who toss and wiggle around for an hour like a demented mackerel, imagine myself on the open deck of a channel ferry, or a sleeper car and I’m gone in sixty seconds. Wake up to the phone alarm in the morning and get 7.5 hrs of quality sleep every night.

Thunder storms, police sirens, snoring, cats racing around... doesn’t bother me. Only tornado sirens, gun fire close by or shrieks of female terror will wake me up.
