    Eurasians are also referred to as Collard Doves - clutches big for doves and aggressive.

    They're easily identified with a black, horizontal stripe (or collar) around the back of the neck.

    Yep, and easy to ID when flying. Tan bird the size of a 747 with a squared tail like a pigeon (pigeon=rock dove)

    ZX, invasive species like collared/eurasian doves, pigeons, mandarin ducks, and hogs aren’t regulated by the state or USFW. You can blast them 365 days a year day or night with a flame thrower and the GW wouldn’t care.

    Speaking of dove, I’ve got a mourning dove hen nesting by the back porch that’s fledged four clutches of eggs so far this year.
