    WTF. Harvey was what 3 years ago and the city has until 2024 to distribute the $$. Presumably earning interest for the city. So you got you home wrecked in 2017 by Harvey, but the city has until 2024 to give you the tax $$ to renovate your house. While you’re still paying a mortgage on a wrecked home. What a bunch of F-tards.

    But hey the voters keep electing these POS, so there is that.

    That's what I was wondering about. Absolutely NO excuse for the paltry amount of assistance that has gone to Houstonians in this amount of time with that kind of funding. Sylvester needs to STFU.
